Lots of cards got revealed today, so this will be a very long review. You don't need to read this if you don't want to since it will just be my personal opinions about the cards. First off, we will start with Dragon and his SR version. Honestly, I'm disappointed because I want to keep Belo Betty deck instead of changing Belo Betty to Dragon. I think this new Revolutionary Build will be about giving rested DONs to your Characters, and we already have some cards that can do that, so I guess we don't need to worry about needing active DONs in order to give your Characters the power boost. Cards like ST01 Luffy will benefit this effect because he has Rush and if you give him 2 DONs, he will be unblockable.

Boa Hancock, I've been waiting for this, and finally arrived, guess I'll will focus on Hancock deck more than the others. She is one of my priorities for this game. No idea if I should spend more on her alt art, but I guess it will depends on what  the art looks like. Anyway the Leader effect is about removing your own Characters, I don't know how I feel about this. I know Blue has plenty of own removal cards as well as your opponents. But we will need to wait for the other cards to find out. Hancock SR is very control, being able to prevent one of your opponent's Characters from attacking, of course Luffy is unaffected just like the series. I could use this in Blue/Green Corazon build where I can also utilise 10 drop Doffy, stopping your opponents from doing anything. This is just an idea, I have no idea if the combination will work.

Foxy is the one Leader, I didn't expect to come out in OP07, because he's more of a fodder Character and OP07 is related to Egghead arc. I know Hancock is not related too but she should came out a long while ago. Anyway I'm pretty surprised with Foxy's effect, he's basically a Leader version of 10 drop Doffy. Of course we need to see how much Foxy Pirates are revealed in OP07 to judge the effect, he might be strong if we've got plenty, but he could be weak if we've only got a few Foxy Pirates. Porche is just a searcher, but she also let us play 4k or less Purple Characters. I think there are plenty of options to choose from, but I need to wait to see what kind of Foxy Pirates effect they have to see if I can run Porche in other Purple builds.

We got another Lucci, I'm surprised we haven't got the 5 Elders instead since we already got a Black Lucci Leader already. The effect is a mill effect to reduce your opponent's Character costs. This is good for setting up the trash to use some of your other cards abilities who returns cards from the trash to the deck. Stussy is a Character that can KO any Characters. But for 9 cost and sacrificing one of your own Characters, I have no idea if the effect is worth it. Red Roc only cost 6 but returns any Characters to the bottom. But I guess it will depends on what the rest of the Black characters do in this set to make my full judgement on Stussy.

Now I actually thought we get Kuma as a Leader, but we got Bonney instead. Well its not too surprising considering the recent chapters for One Piece, but I kinda hope we also get Kuma as a Leader too. Anyway lets move on to the effect, pretty much she just stops one of your opponent's attacks with 1 DON being paid. That's not too bad, we can stall with this kind of build to bring out the big Characters. Hawkins just do what Hawkins do, use other people to take the damage instead, but the effect is once per turn. I think both of these cards will set up 10 drop Doffy very well, unless we get something better in OP07, still too early to judge. On the bright side is that Hawkins is a Supernova, so we can also use him in Red/Green Law and Luffy builds who could make use of Supernova Characters.

Now the genius scientist Vegapunk. Can't attack, then again he is a scientist, so of course he can't fight, just invent things to fight instead. Now I wonder if Kuma would be Yellow or Green considering what I've read. This might be hard to decide. Anyway, Vegapunk lets you play Egghead Characters for free or you gain a extra Life. All that for 1 DON, so you can just use this effect on your very first turn if you see your Egghead Characters. Not to mention, this is Yellow so some of these cards with have Triggers like the next card Lilith. That Lilith gives the ero vibes from the card, so I wonder what will the Alt Art will look like? Anyway similar to Porche, she is a 3 cost searcher, but you won't be playing additional Character for free. That won't matter if we have Vegapunk around playing stuff for free.

Now we got Egghead Luffy who will works well with Vegapunk's effect because he is from Egghead arc. We also see the Alt Art version of Luffy too, the Alt Art looks more like Ultraman pose, so I wonder if they taking that straight out of Ultraman as I don't remember seeing this in the manga. Anyway the effect is not bad at all, we can KO your opponent's Characters but at the same time we can draw a card. The Trigger effect also KOs your opponent's Characters, like Onami and Promo Zoro. On top of that he also have 1k Counter, but then again we can't play him with the Trigger effect, only with Vegapunk's effect. Although I might have some ideas to use him in the other builds because the effect is quite handy to have.
