| I have no idea who is this guy, but judging by the artwork he did turn up in the anime. I think he's the guy who Ivankov changed to a female. Anyway the effect is not bad, but we do have a 2k Counter to use for our defence. However, you do need to put at least 3 DON onto Bellet in order to attack your opponent's Leader. I think I would run him just for the Counter seeing how Impel Down deck focus on low hand size, so we need all the stuff we can get for the deck. |
