OP06 Yellow (Enel) Deck Profile

Lets just say this Enel build got a complete revamp compare to the OP05 version of the deck. However, I won't be running Impact/Reject in the build since the card will be banned in June, and I don't want to write everything up again just for these builds since at that time, I'll be focusing on EB01 builds unless I get more authors to write for me. However if you do want to run Impact/Reject in the build, I think the obvious replacement is Thunder Bolt as I'm using Thunder Bolt still instead of Impact/Reject.

The Life

Here we have 5 cards who can play with your Life area. OP03 Sanji only works when attacking, and you will need to give him 2 DONs to trigger his effects. You may add 1 card from the top or bottom of your Life to our hand. Add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life. It is not a bad effect as you will also have a 5k for a 2 drop. Plus Sanji also have 2k Counter if you couldn't use his effect.

Now we move on to one of the most expensive cards in the game sec Katakuri. His effect only works on play. Add 1 8 cost or less Character to the top or bottom of the owner's Life area face up. You can use Katakuri on your own Characters or your opponents depending on the situation. We have ways to add those face up Characters to our hand and replace it with a different card like Sanji for example.

Kiku is one of the latest card for the deck, the effect only works on KO. If your opponent has 3 or less Life, add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life. This will put some pressure for your opponents as you will either gain a Life or your opponents will need to deal with a 6k beat stick on the field. The Trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life, play this card. This shouldn't be too difficult since most of the main decks are multicoloured Leaders with 4 Life at the start, so 1 attack can make them go down to 3.

Hiyori is mainly our main card of the deck as we run plenty of Trigger effects in this build and the only way to make use of the Trigger effects is if we have cards that can choose cards from our hand and put it on top of the Life which is what Hiyori does. On play, you may add 1 card from top or bottom of your Life to your hand and add 1 card from your hand to top of your Life. This effect is random and you only hope the card you've added is not a Trigger card, otherwise you may have to put it back on top of the deck.

Finally ST07 Linlin, she only works on play, your opponent chooses one of the following effects. They either trash their top Life card, or you get to add 1 card from top of your deck to the top of your Life. Either way, this is a win win situation for you, plus she is a 7 drop 8k beat stick which is not bad to have on the field.

Removals

Now we will talk about the removal of the deck to try and remove your opponent's Characters. OP04 Yamato works on play, KO 1 of your opponent's Characters with cost equal to or less than the total Life cards on the field. Then if you have 1 or less Life, add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life. Not only Yamato is a removal, but we can also gain a Life especially combining with the Enel Leader effect making the deck harder to kill. I think the KOing is also great as we count the total of Life instead of just your opponent's Life.

I guess this is where Gedatsu comes into play who just targets your opponent's Life. On play, KO 1 of your opponent's Characters with cost equal to or less than your opponent's Life. So the more Life your opponent got, the better the effect, which is why we need to play Gedatsu early if we want to KO a Character on your opponent's field. But on the upside, even if we don't use his effect, he is still a 6k beat stick which will at least force your opponents to use 2k counters to stop the attack.

The last removal is Thunder Bolt as a replacement of Reject, but I still think the effect is very hand. The main effect is you may trash 1 card from top of your Life to KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. You do lose a Life, but we do have a Trigger effect for Thunder Bolt. The Trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters, you can either rely on luck to have this in your Life, or use OP06 Hiyori's effect to place Thunder Bolt in your Life area ready to KO your opponent's Characters so you don't sacrifice a Life.

The Defense

Now we move onto the defensive plays we got in this build to slow your opponents down along with the removal cards we have in the build. OP04 Bege is mainly used for the Trigger effect. The Trigger effect is up to 1 of your opponent's Leader/Characters can't attack during this turn. We can easily trigger this by using Hiyori to put cards from our hand to our Life instead of having Bege just a 2k counter in your hand.

OP06 Momo is a Blocker with an on play effect. Add 1 of your Land of Wano type Characters other than Momo to the top or bottom of the owner's Life face up. We do have a few options we can choose like Kiku because of her Trigger effect letting her to be played for free so you won't lose anything, or recycle Hiyori's effect so we can put more Triggers into the Life area. This is what I really like about this Momo's effect.

Finally the cost 0 Event for Yellow, as I am not going to write the entire saying, it is a little late for the colour but now I think all colours will have the same Counter effect, just different Trigger effects. The Counter effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader/Characters gain 3k power this battle. The Trigger effect is if you have 0 Life, you may add 1 card from top of your deck to the top of your Life, then trash 1 card. I personally this goes really well with Enel's Leader effect as you wouldn't have to use Enel's effect to gain a Life, instead you can just use this Trigger effect.

Trigger Effects

Now for the cards we mainly used for the Trigger effect except the Event card Amaru as I don't have any sections to put Amaru in. OP03 Shirahoshi works on play, draw 3 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand, mainly a nice hand filter to have. The Trigger effect is play this card allowing us to play Shirahoshi for free and don't have to pay the full 5 cost for the hand filter unless you do not have any other things to play and your hand is really bad that you need to filter the cards you won't be using for awhile. I will mainly just use her for Counter if she ended up in my hand and I've got no other ways to place her in the Life area.

Satori is another card where we better of trying to trigger the Trigger effect instead of playing him for the full cost. Beside he's just a vanilla but a 5k beat stick to hit decent number. The Trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card. I guess it's okay at least we would have an extra attack ready to attack on your turn. However Satori does have a 2k counter, so even if you do not play him, the 2k counter might come in very handy to protect your Leader/Characters.

OP06 O-Nami does have an on play effect which is 1 of your Leader/Character gains Banish this turn. I think Banish is still good as it prevents your opponents from triggering Trigger effects as well as gaining a card in hand, but not as deadly without combining Double Attack like Yamato Leader. The Trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. So basically this effect is exactly Thunder Bolt ver 2.0, allowing us to remove more of opponent's Characters which is the strong point of this card. Both on play and Trigger effect are very effective.

Lastly Amaru, although I'm not too sure about the Trigger effect as the main effect is the one I mainly use for this for this card. The main effect is 1 of your Leader/Characters gain 3k power this turn, then if you have 1 or less Life, rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. This is useful especially when we are going for the final push for attack and needed to rest 1 of your opponent's Blockers who can stop the attack. The Trigger effect is you may trash 2 cards from your hand to add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life. I think you only need this effect if you have too much non Counters cards in your hand and need to get rid of them just to gain a Life to drag the turn longer.

Deck List

OP06 Enel

Explanation

I think another card you can add is Cracker in this build as Cracker Double Attack works really well with O-Nami's Banish forcing your opponents to use Counters or they will lose 2 cards. But I am not too sure what would you take out in this build, maybe Momo to focus more on the aggressive side as we do have removals to remove your opponent's Characters to slow your opponents down.

What you do want to is constantly arranging the Life cards with Trigger effects in your hand especially triggering the removal effects reducing your opponent's board so you can slow them down and play your big drop Characters. Big Mom is one of the key card as it forces your opponents to either take their Life away or you gain a Life, both choices will still be a win win situation for you, and if you need to reduce your Life, you always have Thunder Bolt in the deck who can do that for you.
