| Another 1 drop. I think this tells me we might see all the Characters who trained the Straw Hats in the starter deck. I hope because there's not a lot left as this is just a starter deck, and the rest will need to be in OP08 set. Anyway the effect is just giving +2 cost to your Characters, but it is until the end of your opponent's next turn. This might help with some effects who need high cost Characters on the field to trigger the effect especially Trigger effects if you see them. |
