EB01 Green/Yellow (Yamato) Deck Profile

We've got a bit of changes for this build if we added the EB01 cards to the deck. Also just like OP06 version, this Leader will provide 2 different builds using completely different engine for the deck. It is up to you to see which one you prefer. One is more aggressive than the other, whilst the other focus more on control I guess, although we won't be using much Life gain cards in both of the builds.

Life Area

One of the build will focus more on the Life area whilst focusing on your attacks. Kiku works on KO, if your opponent has 3 or less Life, add the top card of your deck to top of your Life. As you know Kiku can put a bit of pressure against your opponents as if they KO Kiku, you gain a Life, if they don't, then they will need at least 2k counters if they want to protect their 5k Leader. The Trigger effect is if your opponent has 3 or less Life, play this card. This shouldn't be too difficult as we have Yamato Leader who can do Double Attack reducing your opponent's Life pretty easily.

OP06 Hiyori lets you modify your Life so we can put the right Triggers effect to trigger when your opponent attacks your Leader. The effect works on play, you may add 1 card from the top or bottom of your Life to your hand. Add 1 card from your hand to top of your Life. This is very handy especially when we want to trigger certain Trigger effects to either stop your opponent's attacks, or fill up the field.

OP06 Momo is a Blocker with an on play effect. Add 1 of your Wano Character other than Momo to the top or bottom of the owner's Life face up. Thanks to this effect, we could literally reuse OP06 Hiyori's on play effect again if your opponent decided to attack your Leader, so we could start swapping cards with Trigger effects. You could also attack with Kiku, then play Momo to place Kiku to top of your Life to trigger her Trigger effect, although we do want Kiku to be KO'd to trigger the Life gain ability.

Free Play

One of the build will only use 2 of these cards whilst the other will get to use 3. EB01 Hiyori works with some Wano cards we've got in this build and not just Red/Green Oden deck. The effect is an Activate Main, you may trash this Character to play one 5 cost or less Wano Character other than Hiyori from your hand. Then, draw 1 card. We could use Hiyori to cheat out 5 cost Wano Characters for 4 DONs like OP06 Momo, and use Momo's effect to put a Wano Character into our Life area strengthen the defences as well as having Blocker in play.

OP01 Kid have 2 effects, the first effect requires you to give Kid a DON to work. The effects work on your opponent's turn. If this Character is rested, your opponents cannot attack any card other than Kid. This is definitely not bad as Kid is an 8k base power, so even if we use counters, it wouldn't cost us too much unless your opponents put all the power into one Character. The second effect is an Activate Main, you may rest this Character to play one 3 cost or less Character. Now this is not limited to the green side as we could also play 3 cost or less Yellow Characters. Plus we could also trigger Kid's first effect easily so we don't have to wait for the summon sickness to attack with Kid and rest him.

Ohm also have 2 effects, one of them is more of a continuous effect, if you have 2 or less Life, this Character gains 1k power, making Ohm a 6k beat stick on the field. The second effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Holly and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order and play 1 Holly from your hand. So in order for us to successfully trigger this effect, we need to have Holly already in our hand in order to spam the field, as looking for only 1 card can be hit and miss depending on your luck.

ST12 Mihawk is in both builds as both builds are mainly running a few Slash Characters we could choose, although, I think Mihawk is better more in Sky Island build than Wano deck as Wano build doesn't have a lot of Slash Attribute to choose from compare to Sky Island deck. The effect works on play, if you have 2 or less Characters, play up to one 4 cost or less Muggy Kingdom or Slash Attribute Character other than Mihawk from your hand rested. With this effect, we could literally use Mihawk to play Ohm (as Ohm is a Slash Character), and Ohm would let us play Holly for free, all for 3 DONs which is not bad.

Rest

Now we move on to the rest effects, only 1 of the builds will run all 3 of these cards whilst the other only run 2 of them. OP01 Izo only works on play, rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. Very simple, nothing more I can add about this card except being a Wano Character makes it more easier to search for Izo from deck.

Hody is one of main card to make this build aggressive. Not only Hody has Rush but he also comes with an on play effect. Rest up to a total of 2 of your opponent's Characters/DONs. Then, add the top card from your Life to your hand. We do need to take some Life as getting our Life down to 2-1 will help us trigger some of the card's effects. But not only that, it is the rest effect that makes Hody really good for this build as we could rest 2 of your opponent's Blockers and start swinging with everything to try and finish off your opponents.

Amaru is an Event that allow us to rest your opponent's Characters. The effect is 1 of your Leader/Characters gains 3k power this turn, then if you have 1 or less Life, rest 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. To get 1 or less Life, we would need to take hit or using Hody's effect to reduce our Life, so this is not too difficult to do for the rest requirements. The Trigger effect is you may trash 2 cards from your hand, to add 1 card from top of your deck to top of your Life. You can use this if you have a huge hand or a lot of non Counter cards.

Trigger Characters

The cards that are mainly in the deck for their Trigger effects. Although Cracker main effect is not bad, but you need to give him 1 DON to work. If you have less Life than your opponents, this card gains Double Attack and +1k power. This is also a continuous effect, so Cracker would be a 6k beat stick during your opponent's turn whilst a 7k beat stick on your turn. And if both Yamato Leader and Cracker hits your opponent's Leader, we got deal 4 damage in one turn. The Trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card.

OP06 O-Nami main effect works best with Double Attack effects. The effect works on play, 1 of your Leader/Characters gains Banish, meaning we will be trashing cards from their Life if our cards managed to hit. That will put a bit of pressure against your opponents as they will not be able to gain those cards, especially with Double Attack ability. The Trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 5 cost or less Characters. So even if you don't need the on play effect, the Trigger effect can help to remove some of your opponent's Characters to reduce their field.

Blockers

Only 1 of the builds will be using these Blockers, and both of them can be played using OP01 Kid's effect. Gan Fall also have an on play effect. If your opponent has 1 or less Life, KO 1 of your opponents 3 cost or less Characters. This might be a bit difficult to use as we don't have cost reducers to reduce your opponent's Characters cost, but at least he is a Sky Island Character which can be searched from deck.

OP05 Corazon (Rosinante) has an effect that works during your opponent's turn. If your rested Character would be KO'd, you may trash this card instead. Literally a double protections for your Characters. Obviously, there is really no point using this effect when your opponents are attacking your Characters as we could use the Blocker ability to stop the attack. The effect mainly target against KO effects, especially cards like OP01 Kid where your opponents are forced to attack that card.

Wano Supports

The rest of the Wano support from OP01 set. OP01 Momo is an Activate Main effect, by paying 1 DON and resting this Character. Look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Wano card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This is not bad as we can even search for Momo himself, but of course, being rested means he will most likely be targeted for attacks.

OP01 Yamato is very simple, and I am running her because of EB01 Hiyori who let us play Yamato for 4 instead of 5. The effect is this card is treated as Oden according to the rules. Then, we have both Double Attack and Banish ability, forcing our opponents to use their Counters, or else, we will be wiping their Life with ease. Don't forget thanks to Banish, we won't worry about Trigger effects affecting our cards.

Sky Island Supports

For the Sky Island supports, I've decided to use these cards. Gedatsu works on play, KO 1 of your opponent's Characters with a cost equal or less than the number of your opponent's Life. We may have to play Gedatsu early if we want to KO your opponent's high cost Characters since Yamato have Double Attack. Plus the Sky Island build is very aggressive so we won't be able to target high cost Characters for long and just have a 6k beat stick on the field.

Shura is a searcher, but unlike any other main searcher for these type, he cost 2 to play. The effect works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Sky Island card other than Shura and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. However, we also got a trigger effect for Shura, the trigger effect is play this card, so we could trigger the search effect during your opponent's turn.

Both builds will be run the 0 cost Event Counter in the deck, because it is a 0 cost, doesn't need to use a DON to use this Event. The counter effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader/Characters gains 3k power during this battle. The Trigger effect is if you have 0 Life, you may add 1 card from the top of your deck to top of your Life. Then, trash 1 card from your hand.

EB01 Yamato Wano

EB01 Yamato Sky Island

Explanation

Two different builds, however both will focus on their aggressive to swing as much as possible for game. The one major difference is their defences. Sky Island build has Blockers and Kid to force your opponents to attack those Characters, whilst Wano focus on increasing your Life using OP06 Momo and Kiku's effect. For the Wano build, I am definitely replacing Mihawk with OP07 Otama for more searching as Mihawk won't do much in that build with the lack of Slash Characters.

For the Wano build, going against Yellow who have Life gain abilities is really fun as we have Yamato Leader, Cracker and OP01 Yamato who can swing for Double Attack, so we really don't care if they gain Life or not as we could swing with some big hit wiping their Life really easy. Of course, they will need to hit to work, but if your opponent uses Counters, then they could run out of cards in hand very early.

Sky Island build doesn't rely much on Double Attack, but filling up the board with ease, then swinging your opponents 1 attack at a time, unless it is Yamato Leader with Double Attack that could deal 2 damage in one go. We also have Blockers and Kid in the build, so we won't need to worry too much attacks that we can't stop.
