EB01 Blue (Doflamingo) Deck Profile

I know, we are getting new Warlord supports in OP07, but at the time this was posted, that set is still a long way to go. The new support gives this build more draw power. We've already got plenty of draw power during the OP05 set. I don't think I've written a Doffy build for OP06 set, so there will be some major changes to the deck compare to OP05 version, and not only just adding 1 new card from EB01 set.

Checking Top Cards

I've added more cards that could check the top cards of your deck so we could play Warlord cards using Doffy's Leader effect. OP01 Doffy and Perona have the same on play effect, except Doffy also have an additional Blocker ability on top. The on play effect is look at the top 5 cards of your deck and place them on top or bottom of your deck in any order. This effect will definitely help you out in which one should be placed at top for Doffy's effect and which cards will be drawn.

Duval is a Blocker with an on play effect similar to Doffy, but instead of you looking at the top 5 cards of your deck, you will only get to look at top 3 cards. On play, look at top 3 cards of your deck and place them on top or bottom of your deck in any order. 3 is not a lot, but at least it is better than using Doffy Leader's effect randomly and hope to hit a Warlord card.

Draw

There's 2 cards that can increase your hand size and 2 cards that are only hand filters, but with Doffy Leader's effect on top we can get a decent hand size to draw into the cards we need. EB01 Weevil works on play, draw 1 card. The best thing about this card is that he is also a 6k beat stick, meaning even if we played him as rest using Doffy Leader's effect we wouldn't need to worry too much about your opponent's 5k beat sticks.

Kaya is the other turn 1 play if you do not open up your hand with Persona, so we would have to rely on Kaya to draw into the cards that can check the top cards of your deck. Kaya works on play, draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards from hand. You will not gain anything or losing anything, but we do have plenty of non counter cards in the build, so Kaya can discard those cards for counter cards to build up your defences.

OP06 Kaido have one simple effect, on play if your opponent has 3 or less Life, draw 4 cards. This is not hard to do especially when most Leaders only start at 4 Life, so you only need to deal 1 damage for this effect to trigger. Plus Kaido will also become a 12k beat stick on the field and not only just increasing your hand size with cards.

ST03 Mihawk needs 2 DONs in order to trigger his effect. The effect works when attacking, draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand. Basically this effect is the exact same as Kaya but we can trigger this effect more frequently, not only that Mihawk is a 4 cost Warlord, allowing us to play him for free using Doffy Leader's effect.

Returning

These cards doesn't only focus removals but we also have other type of cards that also focus on returning stuff. OP01 Mihawk only works on play, place one 7 cost or less Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. This is very simple and plus being a 9k beat stick, we could take down a lot of Characters along with the effect.

OP06 Pudding doesn't focus on returning your opponent's Characters, but returns your opponent's hand instead. This is a very situational card, but against decks who gains major hand size, she will be very good against those decks. The effect works on play, your opponent returns all cards from their hand to their deck and shuffle. Then, your opponent draws 5 cards.

ST03 Moria is another card that doesn't focus on returning your opponent's Characters just like Pudding. Instead he focus on returning cards from your trash to your hand. The effect works on play, add one 4 cost or less Warlord or Thriller Bark Character other than Moria from your trash to your hand. The only Thriller Bark Character in this build is Perona, and Perona is one of our key cards if we want to spam Warlords for free from the top of the deck.

Red Roc have one simple effect. Place 1 Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. This is a very strong card for 6 cost as we can remove any Characters we want on your opponent's field. The Trigger effect is place one 4 cost or less to the bottom of the owner's deck in any order. This is also great if you trigger this effect as this could slow your opponent's attacks down.

Raging Tiger is different to Red Roc, but having both cards in the deck will gives you more options to choose from. The effect is place up to two 6 cost or less Characters to the bottom of the owner's deck in any order. Thanks to this effect, we could reduce your opponent's field drastically slowing their attacks down. The Trigger effect is place one 5 cost or less to the bottom of the owner's deck in any order. Just like Red Roc, seeing this effect can slow your opponent's attacks down.

Blockers

The Blockers are mainly Warlords however, we don't want to play these using Doffy Leader's effect, otherwise it will be a waste of their Blocker abilities. ST03 Law is just a Blocker whilst OP01 Hancock effect works when attacking/on block. However, you will need to give Hancock a DON to trigger this effect. Draw 1 card if you have 5 or less cards in your hand. This will definitely give you extra draw power if you don't have enough already.

Explanation

The key cards to open with are the cards who can check the top cards of your deck so you could start spamming Warlord Characters to the field. However with OP07 set coming after this deck, we will see a lot of changes to this build, except keeping the Event cards as they are removals.

I wouldn't worry about hand size as we've got plenty of ways to draw cards, plus Doffy Leader being able to play 4 cost or less Warlord for free, means we will be filling up at least 1 card on the field for free per turn. This is also why I am also running plenty of Blockers as they can easily be replaced, but at the same time, it is the only way to stop your opponent's attacks completely.
