OP07 Blue (Doflamingo) Deck Profile

Well, it's not surprising that Doffy got a nice upgrade since we got Seven Warlords cards, although if it's me, I definitely prefer Hancock build because you need to use at least 3 DONs for Doffy Leader's effect which only gives you rarely enough room to play other cards on the field. But if we want to play other cards, we can ignore Doffy Leader's effect.

Checking Top Cards

Both of these have the exact same effect with the except of OP01 Doffy being a Warlord on top of the Blocker ability. Both of them works on play, look at top 5 cards of your deck and place them on top or bottom of your deck in any order. Both of them will be important especially if you want to trigger Doffy Leader's effect to spam the board, especially OP01 Perona being your best turn 1 play.

Returning

Now lets talk about the blue style, returning your opponent's cards instead of KOing your opponent's cards, although 2 of these cards focus more on your opponent's hand rather than the field. OP06 Pudding works on play, your opponent returns all cards in their hand to their deck and shuffles their deck. Your opponent draw 5 cards. Pudding is very strong against some builds with a lot of searching and draw power so they have that massive hand, and Pudding just say nope, keep that hand down to 5, ruining your opponent's next plays.

On the other hand, OP07 Crocs only target very specific cost. The effect works on play, return one 2 cost or less Character to the owner's hand. His effect means we can target Perona to reuse her on play effect again to check the top cards of the deck, so we could play 4 cost or less with Doffy Leader's effect. Plus Croc also gives you an extra spot so we don't have to replace cards if none of our Characters got removed.

OP07 Law is similar to Pudding where we target our opponent's hand rather than the field. The effect is an activate main effect, you may return this Character to your hand, if your opponent have 6 or more cards in their hand, your opponent places 1 card from their hand to the bottom of their deck. Pudding can target large hand size decks whilst Law can target low hand size, plus being able to return Law to hand means we can open up the field to play another Warlord using Doffy Leader's effect.

Red Roc is a keeper in a lot of blue decks, the main effect is just place 1 Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. Thanks to this effect, we can save Red Roc in hand to target your opponent's high cost Characters, so they won't have a card that can put a threat against your cards. The trigger effect is place one 4 cost or less Character to the bottom of the owner's deck, however I rather use the main effect, unless we need to stop your opponents from doing what they want.

Gravity Blade is against going wide decks with the main effect being place two 6 cost or less Characters to the bottom of the owner's deck in any order. Gravity Blade is better since we can return 2 Characters whilst Red Roc only returns 1, but we can save Red Roc in hand to target your opponent's high cost Characters whilst Gravity Blade can focus all your opponent's low cost Characters. The Trigger effect is similar to Red Rock, place one 5 cost or less Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. Again, this is optional unless we want to stop your opponents from doing any more attacks.

The Draws

For the draw power, we have 2 cards that can increase our hand size whilst 1 of those cards is more of a hand filter. EB01 Weevil works on play, draw 1 card. A very simple effect but he is a 6k beat stick which is very useful when we are playing Warlords at rest using Doffy Leader's effect. The only downside is that we don't want Weevil in hand as he does not have a counter we could use to protect our cards. Although we do have 1 card in this build who can play Weevil for free from our hand.

OP05 Kaido is a 10 cost Character, so once you play him, you will not be able to use Doffy Leader's effect for a turn. The on play effect is if your opponents have 3 or less Life, draw 4 cards. 4 cards is a lot of cards that we could gain, but also getting your opponents down to 3 or less is not difficult to do especially with multicoloured Leaders who start at 4 Life. Plus Kaido is also a 12k beat stick, so we can force a lot of counters from your opponent's hand, or make your opponent use up the Blockers rather than relying on our 4 cost or less Warlords to do all the hitting.

ST03 Mihawk works when attacking, but you will need to attach a DON onto him in order for this effect to work. Draw 2 cards and trash 2 cards from your hand, this way we could get rid of any cards we won't be needing for cards we do need on top of being a 6k beat stick. But more importantly he also have 2k counter, so if you are not planning to play Mihawk, the 2k counter will come in handy.

7 Warlords Supports

Now we have the rest of the 7 Warlords supports for this build. OP07 Jinbe works on play, play one 4 cost or less Seven Warlords Character other than Jinbe from your hand. There are plenty of Warlords target we can choose, so this will depends on what you can play from your hand when you use Jinbe's effect.

OP07 Hancock works on play, 1 of your opponent's Characters other than Luffy cannot attack until the end of your turn. Then, place one 1 cost or less Character to the bottom of the deck. I only want this to stop your opponent's from attacking, I doubt we could use the second part of the ability since your opponent's having 1 drop or less can be very low and we don't have cost reducers to make the full use of this ability.

ST03 Moria works on play, add one 4 cost or less Seven Warlords or Thriller Bark Pirates other than Moria from your trash to your hand. Thanks to this effect we could recycle some of the cards that we need like OP01 Doffy and Perona, so we could check the top cards to play Seven Warlords for free.

Events

Now, we got more Events for this build, Rain is just a 0 Event Counter with the counter effect is the same as any other colours. The effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand, 1 of your Leader/Character gains 3k power this battle. The trigger effect is the same as OP07 Crocs. Return one 2 cost or less Character to the owner's hand. So if needed, we could return Perona and use her effect again to check the top cards.

Perfume Femur is a very situational card mainly because we don't really have a Seven Warlords Character who can put a major threat against your opponents. Maybe Hancock, but you will need plenty of DONs along with this effect to put a threat. The effect is 1 of you Seven Warlords Leader/Characters gains 2k power. Then, when that card attacks during this turn, your opponents cannot activate Blockers. This is the same as Diable Jambe, except without the power bonus. The trigger effect is just draw 1 card, in case you need the draw power.

Deck List

OP07 Doffy

Explanation

The deck style will be the same as any other old Doffy builds where we focus on checking the top cards. This is why it is important to open with Perona in hand, otherwise I won't go for the Doffy Leader's effect even if we have high numbers of 4 cost or less Seven Warlords. You could wiff the effect and waste your 3 DONs in which you could use to play something else. Once we know what our top cards will be, we could start spamming Seven Warlords for 3 cost, but they do come in at rest which could be the target of your opponent's attacks, although most of them will only have on play effects, so it will be fine.

Hancock and Kaido will be your high power beat sticks since I doubt spamming Seven Warlords will be enough especially when the power base is only around 5 to 6k power which is easy to defend for your opponents. Hancock and Kaido will force more counters as well as make your opponents use up the Blockers to stop the attacks, so we don't need to use as much DONs to power up the Characters.
