EB01 Red/Green (Law) Deck Profile

I kinda forgotten that there is one card from EB01 set only works with 2 Leaders, either RG Law, or RG Luffy. Honestly, I was planning to wait until OP07 for the full update since that set got plenty of Supernova stuff we can use to improve this build. I'll post this Law build now, and Luffy build when OP07 comes out at the end of the month. With RG Law, you want to spam low drop Characters, so you could play 5 cost Characters with ease.

Searchers

I guess we should start off with the amount of searchers for the deck. OP01 Nami works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Straw Hat card other than Nami and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. This shouldn't be too much of a problem as we are running quite a lot of Straw Hats in this build.

OP02 Dadan also works on play, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal one 1 cost red Character and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. Unfortunately we can't search for green 1 drop Characters which is why I am mainly running red 1 drop Character for Dadan's effect to hit. However, you could actually miss with this effect depending on your luck.

ST02 Bonney has an activate main effect. By paying 1 DON and resting this Character, look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal 1 Supernova card and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. I guess the good thing about this effect is that we can search for any Supernovas including Bonney herself unlike Nami. But this is the same with all the 1 drop searcher with an activate main ability.

Rush

Now we've got 2 Rush Characters, I did tried Kid & Killer in the build, but it wasn't working, in fact didn't really synergies with any other cards in this build. Plus, we need low cost Characters, and having a 4 drop can cost a lot in this build. OP01 Zoro just have Rush.

ST01 Luffy is a 5 cost Character we could play for 2 DONs using Law Leader's effect. Luffy has the Rush ability with a when attacking effect. The when attacking effect only works if you give Luffy 2 DONs. Your opponent cannot activate Blocker during this battle. As we are only play Luffy for 2 DONs using Law Leader's effect, it also means we would also have plenty of DONs to make Luffy a deadly finisher.

Untapping

We have 2 Characters who can untap stuff. EB01 Cavendish have an effect that works on play/when attacking which I really like. If your Leader is Supernovas type and you have no other Cavendish Characters, untap 2 of your DONs. He does cost 5 to play, but we will get 2 DONs back from the effect so we could play or use other card's effects. Plus this effect is not once per turn, so as long as you can untap Cavendish, we could keep spamming the effect.

9 drop Zoro is mainly a back up card we can use in case we couldn't spam a field of 5 Characters to trigger Law's Leader effect, since wiping out the field is one of the deck weakness. Zoro comes with 2 effects, the first effect works when attacking, by paying 1 DON, untap this Character. The second effect is an activate main effect, by paying 2 DONs, untap this Character. So in 1 turn, we could do three attacks in total and finish off your opponents, but that is only, if your opponents doesn't have any Blockers to stop the multi attacking Zoro. Unfortunately, this version of Zoro doesn't have Supernovas type (no idea why) so we wouldn't be able to search him using Bonney's effect, only Nami.

ST02 Law is a great example to combine with EB01 Cavendish. Law's effect only works on play, untap 1 of your rested 5 cost or less Supernovas or Heart Pirates Characters to active. This will allow us to make our Characters attack more times needed, like Cavendish so we could untap a total of 4 DONs in one turn, plus Cavendish being a 6k beat stick can force at least 2k counters from your opponent's hand. Not only that, we could also make use of ST01 Luffy's effect as long as there are 2 DONs attached to him, so your opponents cannot use Blockers, when Luffy attacks.

Shambles

For those people who doesn't what Shambles is as they've only played the OPTCG, it is one of Law's technique in swapping stuff around like these 2 cards. Although, I don't know why they called the move Chambres in this game as I've always remembered it as Shambles. Anyway OP01 Law is a Blocker with an on play effect. You may return 1 Character to your hand to play one 3 cost or less Character from your hand. What I like about this effect is that it is not colour restricted, so I mainly target OP01 Zoro bounce him back and play him again to do a second attack thanks to the Rush ability.

Shambles on the other hand is a 1 cost Event that only works with Supernovas Leader, specific, Supernovas Leader with 2 colours. The effect is, if your Leader is Supernovas type, return 1 of your Characters to your hand to play one 2 cost or less Character from your hand with a different colour than the returned Character. This effect is not too bad as we could protect some 5 cost Characters that we want to use like ST02 Law to create another attack. You can also attack with cards like ST01 Luffy, then play Shambles to replace him with a low cost green Character, then use Law Leader's effect to bounce the green Character back to hand and play Luffy to attack again. The Trigger effect is just activate main.

Power Boosting

We have 2 different type of power boost cards, 1 using the power boost effect and the other making use of rested DONs to power up cards. OP02 Makino has an activate main effect, by resting this Character, 1 of your 1 cost red Character gains 3k power this turn. Unfortunately, Makino only works with red Characters, but luckily the deck is filled with red 1 drop Character so we could also use Dadan's effect. Plus, she will give our deck a bit more of a beat stick rather than just filling up the field with 1 drop just to play 5 cost Characters with Law Leader's effect.

ST01 Brook only works on play, give up to 2 rested DONs to 1 of your Leader/Characters. This is not a bad effect as we could make some of our cards hit some magic numbers, or to trigger effects like ST01 Luffy who requires 2 attached DONs to work.

Straw Hats & Supernovas Support

Now we move on to the rest of the support for the deck, and all of these have basic effect. OP05 Robin works on play, KO 1 of your opponent's 1k power or less Character. Now we don't have any power reducers in this build to KO higher power Character, so I am mainly using her as a 1 drop Character we can use for the 1 drop support in this build.

ST01 Chopper is a Blocker, nothing I can expand on this and ST02 Apoo have a when attacking effect. However, you will need to give Apoo a DON in order to trigger his effect. When attacking, rest 1 of your opponent's DONs. This is not once per turn, so like EB01 Cavendish, we could spam this effect by using ST02 Law to untap Apoo and resting 2 of your opponent's DONs in 1 turn. You might not know, rest that 1 DON could help prevent from using their 1 cost Event Counter from their hand to stop an attack as we want to focus on aggressiveness in this build as much as possible.

Radical Beam is an Event Counter to stop 1 of your opponent's attacks. We do lack the defences in this build to protect the Leader, or even our Characters from opponent's attacks. The counter effect is 1 of your Leader/Character gains 2k power this battle. Then, if you have 2 or less Life, that card gains an additional 2k power. So we would be able to get 4k power for 1 DON, but that is only if you have 2 or less Life. The Trigger effect is 1 of your Leader/Character gains 1k power this turn. This could help to make Law Leader a 6k power base, so it means we wouldn't need to use as much counters to stop the attacks.

Explanation

I guess when OP07 set comes out with the new Supernovas stuff, there will be a lot of rebuilding required or maybe not depending on how useful the new support is for this deck. We want to keep the same aggressiveness as well as spamming low cost Characters so we can use Law Leader's effect to spam 5 cost Characters for 2 DONs, then start attacking from there and making uses of the on play effects in this build.

Sometimes, spamming low cost Characters can be a weakness for this deck, especially when your opponents have low cost removals who could remove these Characters with ease. This is why I have 9 drop Zoro in the build as a back up plan in case the main plan fails. You wouldn't need to play Zoro is you can get Law Leader working, but if you can't, then I think 9 drop Zoro can be a great option on the field.
