| The effect is okay, we can at least recycle the trash once per turn, plus he is a Blocker. Although I still prefer EB01 Brook for the KO effect if this is used in Smoker, but being a Navy means we can search Garp using Brannew's effect instead of using Brook. So I guess there's both pros and cons for this card. |
