Lots of cards revealed today for both reprint set and OP09 set, looks like we will have more Purple Leaders in this set. They also finally gave me a Robin Leader, so I can finally build a Robin deck, but it is not what I was hoping for. But I guess now we can run high cost Characters for Robin build with a bit of ramp cards on top of the Banish ability forcing your opponents to use counters or they lose a card. Hurt Trigger decks the most. On the other hand, we've got Nika Luffy who is another ramp card but only works if we return more than 1 DON. This shouldn't be hard as we've got plenty of Purple cards who can return a lot of DONs back to the deck, easily triggering Luffy's effect. We could also combine this with OP08 Moria. If Moria timing works, then it will be a ramp combo, but if it doesn't, I'll just use something else instead.

OP07 Black (Lucci) Deck Profile

Now, we've got 2 black Lucci, so I will need to add their set version so people won't get confused in which one I'll be talking about. But for OP07 Lucci, no point adding OP07 since we are talking about this 1 card from the latest set. I do like the effect very much as it's similar to B/U Akainu's Leader effect without the extra trash and draw. There's also plenty of new CP cards we could use, although we won't be using all of the new ones, as the old versions are still better.

I also don't find her much uses in decks except U/Y Queen until they make a better high cost Character for that deck. Maybe in G/Y Yamato, but lately, I haven't been running her in the build either. The art is nice, and that is all I can say about this card.

OP07 Blue (Hancock) Deck Profile

At first, I thought I could make a Kuja Pirates/Amazon Lily build, but unfortunately Bandai didn't give me enough Kuja Pirates/Amazon Lily until OP08 arrives. So right now I will be sticking with Seven Warlord builds for this deck. What I like about this Hancock Leader is that we can draw cards when we have low hand size, meaning we could also use Counters early since we don't want to take a lot of Life if it result in increasing our hand size dramatically. The build is very simple, mostly keeping them Seven Warlord based.

I don't know why, it feels like this looks the same as the OG version, except instead of being black and white, we've got the colourised version of the card. Personally, it's really hard to find any use for this card as most blue decks will just run Red Roc and Gravity Blade when it comes to removal effects. I rarely see decks who would run Three Thousand Worlds these days, so maybe it's a pointless reprint? well the art looks the same anyway for this to be a reprint card.

BT16 Yellow/Blue (MagnaX) Deck Profile

For Vee Armor, they've only got some new cards, but specifically the main card MagnaX for the deck who makes a huge difference to the build. This MagnaX is a lot aggressive compare to BT9 version who is more defensive. I do like this MagnaX very well as it gives Vee Armor plenty of options to choose from thanks to the 1 card. I'll be posting 2 deck builds for this MagnaX build, both builds will be very similar with some tweak to the deck, so it won't be a huge difference.

One Piece Anime Voting Scene

 

It seems One Piece anime is doing a vote for the best scene and I am surprised Merry is number 1, but then again I've almost cried for that scene, The music didn't help at all, watching the other scenes was fine., e.g. Corazon and Ace death. (Maybe I'll trigger some people but I just don't feel that emotional for those death scenes). I am actually surprised Zoro is very low at number 7th, considering he was on the death door and took all the pain for the captain.

To be honest for me voting a scene is very hard, but we can vote once per day until June 30th.

BT16 Blue/Green (Imperialdramon) Deck Profile

 

More support to come for Imperialdramon in BT17 unlike the other Veemon line. Personally I think this line got too many support already and Bandai should looking at BlackImperial or Ulforce deck instead as those build have lack of supports. I don't really care if Imperialdramon is fan favourite, the amount of support they've got is ridiculous, whilst the others got treated poorly in this game. Anyway, very straightforward upgrades with BT16 support for this deck, it is all about playing with the numbers to fit everything in the build.

RIP any decks who rely on on play effects, and that is a lot of decks. Not to mention, you can use Blackbeard's effect on turn 1 stopping any 1 drop searchers who have on play effects. Yes, it does stop your on play effects as well, so we can just say it's a double edge sword, but this double edge sword can easily be overcome by swapping the on play effects with Activate Main effects and that if Bandai will be making those Blackbeard Pirates with activate main. But overall, I think this is way too strong as a Leader, and I won't be surprised if this will get hit in the future if we got decent support for this deck.

We know by now Bandai plays favouritism with Veemon line, blue/green Imperialdramon got the most support out of all the Veemon line out there, and for me who likes Ulforce, this is frustrating that we get lack of support. We all know BT11 Ulforce is the main, which is why I've decided to post BT2 version of Ulforce, making the use of multi attacks, but the downside to this card is getting the tamers on the field. I could combine this with BT12 Ulforce, but then it will just becomes BT11 Ulforce with BT2 in the deck. I will be posting 2 different deck builds using BT2 Ulforce.

2nd Anniversary Stuff, All SR Revealed for new ST decks, OP09 Booster Reveal and Many More..

Lots of information about the new stuffs, so I will split this in sections, firstly, I'll be talking about the 2nd Anniversary Box, and it looks cool. Not only, you get a mat and sleeves, but you also get a deck box, dice and a storage box, along with some cards. I'm guessing those cards are 1 copy each as they are mostly collector items rather than us players. I do want this 2nd Anniversary stuff since there's a whole set of stuff you can get minus the cards. But obviously the price will not be cheap, and I don't know if the English P-Bandai will be around this price, it might be more expensive, so I wouldn't both about converting Yen to the currency you use to order stuff from P-Bandai. 

BT16 Purple/Red (Imperialdramon) Deck Profile

I will be posting a very specific type of Digimon deck, the Veemon line (as I'm mainly posting One Piece stuff). Any others, I don't really care unless people want to help out the and post the others. Imperialdramon Black or Black Imperialdramon got a few support from BT16 set. Although compare to the normal Imperialdramon, they don't have a lot of support, so we need to make use of the cards we've got currently. If you want to check the list, scroll all the way down and ignoring the writing sections as this post will be very long.

EB01 Green/Blue (Rosinante) Deck Profile

No idea if I can call this an update, but I guess this deck have changed compare to my previous build so we can utilise more defensive for this build. Personally, I have no idea if this is a good thing going defensive, since mainly these type of games it is better to go aggressive against your opponents. But unfortunately, some decks are built this way, so it is up to the player to see what kind of deck they like.

I do know it's a bit late when OP07 is just around the corner, and maybe we could use some of the cards from that set for this build.

Of course, I will need to keep the deck mainly black Navy cards in order to trigger some of these new Navy cards for the build.

I want to say this is ST04 Queen V2, BUT, you trash a card first before you can draw. This makes a huge difference compare to draw and trash. I guess Bandai didn't want to make another version of Queen's effect. This is why I think this effect is meh even though she's a Blocker. A very weak Blocker too for that kind of effect. However, I can be wrong since I've played other card games in the past where you discard to draw instead of draw and discard. It may not make any difference.

EB01 Blue/Yellow (Queen) Deck Profile

There's not much of an update for this kind of build. I've only added 1 card from the EB01 set as our main aim is to go ultra defensive with this deck, dragging the match until you can set up Queen Leader's effect to start spamming the Life gain ability as well as hitting our Trigger effects in the Life area. I don't think it would be a huge update compare to OP06 version because, that 1 card from EB01 set is  not as important as the cards already this build. It can provide a niche situation support, but there are ways to get around that card.

First I want to say, I like this Brulee art as we get to see Carrot being trapped in the mirrors, no idea where's Chopper, or I remembering this wrong. Anyway I think the Trigger effect is okay, at least we get to trigger this effect and add Brulee to hand instead of sending her to the trash. She has a 2k counter, so that will be handy for defending. If you are running a heavy Trigger effect deck, checking your next card will be very useful as you could either want to add that non trigger card to your hand, or you want to trigger that effect to stop one of your opponent's attacks, or even Life gain abilities.

But I think in ramp decks where you can get 8 DONs with ease, he will be pretty handy on top of being a 6k beat stick. I'll definitely take this and think of what kind of ramp build I'll be using Sangoro in.

EB01 Red (Zoro) Deck Profile

A very easy update with Zoro deck, but I don't think I've ever posted OP06 version. One of the cards from OP06 set give a great power bonus to this build. All I've did was to add more Rush Characters thanks to one of the cards from EB01 set. Overall, the deck mainly uses the same old cards for the build as we want to be as aggressive as possible, attacking your opponents before they can start playing big drop Characters to the field and start removing your Characters.

I'll post this Law build now, and Luffy build when OP07 comes out at the end of the month. With RG Law, you want to spam low drop Characters, so you could play 5 cost Characters with ease.

I think we could make a low cost aggressive deck with this card, but it's only one card revealed for ST20, so I won't know if we could make an aggressive build or not yet.

I have no idea if I should called this an update as I've only added 1 new card for this build from EB01 set. But I guess I don't think I've posted an OP06 version of this build, so it is a bit different from OP05 build. Although because of the lack of room, I have to take out some vanillas for effects, unless you want more power in the build. Some of the cards in this build can be replaced with vanilla cards, so we will have more power to attack your opponent's cards.

I like this art. The effect is not bad too especially if the Leader is like OP01 Doffy where we can make use of the top cards of the deck. What's more this is an activate main effect, and not on play, so as long as Teach is on the field, we can keep using this effect over and over again. The 2 DONs can be very handy as it can make our cards hit over a certain amount of number.

First Reprint Set! PRB-01 ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST

So according to the post, this set will be cards reprinted from past sets with new artwork. Basically, this is just like DBSCG where cards are reprinted with new artwork. It's easier to recognise then. However, there is one new card, and my guess is that new card is Luffy seeing how he is in the booster pack image. There will be 110 popular cards that will be reprinted and I think I can guess some of them seeing how the meta top decks have been using those old cards for a while. Hopefully, they will also reprint cards from the starter decks too, but with 110 cards, the chances are high.

Personally, I think Rebecca works without Scarlet, honestly, I wish they released more than just Scarlet for Dressrosa stuff, as 1 card doesn't help this build, especially when Scarlet only targets specific cost. But it's up to you if you want to run Scarlet or not in the build, as the OP06 stuff will be enough to get the deck working. However, I didn't have time to post this build for OP06 set, so I'm just using EB01 as an excuse to post this.

Basically this is WB version of Otama but costing you a Life. Well we do have cards that needs low Life to work, so Thatch would be very helpful, plus you can search him out with Izo unlike Otama, so it's pretty much even better for WB deck. We will still have the 2k counter even if you are not using his effect, because taking that Life might hurt you if you don't have cards that can prevent you from adding cards to your hand with your own's effect. I am thinking to replace this with OP01 Sanji, as Sanji taking a Life is cost whereas Thatch is not, plus works very well with Makino for a 1 drop Character.

Plus Buggy also have 2k counters so he is like better than OP01 Perona, but there's no harm running both in the build as we definitely to check the top cards so we can play Warlords for free using Blue Doffy's Leader effect. Although, we might get a new Leader who works similar to blue Doffy, but looks like they haven't revealed them yet.

If the cards includes DONs, I can definitely replace Usopp, as Usopp is only in the build for the lack of green FILM cards, but Katakuri is a perfect replacement. He is a constant 6k beat stick as long as you can get 6 rested cards on the field, which shouldn't be too difficult. I can't wait for this starter deck to come out and power up the Uta build, unless the new Uta Leader is better, although I do like the current Uta Leader for green.

EB01 Red (Whitebeard) Deck Profile

I'm not really sure if I can call this an update or not as it is optional to run Izo from EB01 set. The current build without Izo as we can check the deck list for Whitebeard decks. But just in case if anyone wants me to run EB01 Izo, here is a deck profile for this build. Personally I would wait until ST15 for Whitebeard Pirates support for Whitebeard, as OP08 is on the blue side of things. Maybe we do have a few, but ST15 will be a major update for the deck.
