OP07 Blue/Yellow (Ace) Deck Profile

Another ST13 Leader who got a nice upgrade is Ace with 2 cards in OP07 set. I think it does help the consistency to trigger Ace's effect and spam the 5 drops to the field. Although I guess this deck is similar to Reiju build where we are base the deck on one colour more than the other, whilst we only splash a little of that colour to the deck because we can use those colours.

The Two Brothers (Kids)

I am only running 2 this time compare to B/Y Luffy deck who can run all 3. 2 will be enough in this build, especially when we are running plenty of their adult forms. Both card have the same effect where they work activate main. You may trash this Character to reveal the top card of your Life. If that card is 5 cost Ace (for kid Ace), you may play that card. If you do, 1 of your Leader gains 2k power until the end of your opponent's turn. For kid Luffy, we will be playing 5 cost Luffy instead of Ace, but the rest of the effect is the same. If you can use these two together, it will means your Leader would gain 4k power until the end of your opponent's turn, so you won't need to worry too much about using counters.

The Two Brothers (Adults)

Two of the 5 cost are from OP07 set while the rest are still from the ST13 deck. OP07 Ace is a Blocker with an on play effect, draw 2 cards and place 2 cards from your hand to top or bottom of your deck in any order. This effect can help to trigger Ace Leader's effect to get specific 5 drops to your Life area so you could use the kids to play their adult forms whilst powering up your Leader.

There are plenty of OP07 Luffy but the one we want is the 5 drop yellow Luffy. The effect is an activate main. You may trash this card, if you have 2 or less Life, KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters. Then, draw 1 card. I don't think this will be difficult to do. The trigger effect is KO 1 of your opponent's 4 cost or less Characters, but you don't get the draw.

ST13 Ace is another card that need low Life to work. The effect is very simple, on play, if you have 2 or less Life, this Character gains Rush. The one major difference to this 5 drop card is that he is a 7k beat stick and don't have a counter, but not like the counter matters as we will be playing him from the Life area.

I guess if we want to thin our Life, then we will need to rely on ST13 Luffy. The effect is an activate main effect, once per turn, this Character gains 2k power until the start of your next turn. Then, if you have 1 or more Life, draw 1 card and trash the top card of your Life. So this way we could reach 2 Life without the help of your opponents attacking your Leader, plus Luffy will become a 8k beat stick.

5 Cost Characters

For the rest of the 5 drop Characters, I am running Satori and ST13 Yamato. Both cards have 2k counter, so even if we don't play these cards, we can just use them for the counter power. Satori's trigger effect is you may trash 1 card from your hand to play this card. Very simple, nothing need to elaborate with this.

ST13 Yamato has Rush with an on play effect, look at all your Life cards, place 1 card to the top of your deck and place the rest back to your Life area in any order. This effect will help Ace Leader's effect in getting specific 5 cost to your Life area so we don't need to rely on luck to do so.

The Life

The two cards that focus on the Life area. I am also thinking about EB01 Flampe as Ace lets you put cards to Life area and Flampe lets you add that card to your hand, so we won't need to worry about losing that card at the end of turn. OP03 Sanji will need 2 DONs attached to him for the effect to work. The effect works when attacking, you may add the top or bottom card of your Life area to your hand to add the top card of your deck to your Life area. What I like about this effect is that he could increases our Life cards, instead of losing that face up card at the end of turn.

OP06 Hiyori is another card that could increase our Life by swapping cards around to get around Ace Leader removals. The effect works on play, you may add the top or bottom card to your hand to add 1 card from your hand to top of your Life. So if we don't have OP03 Sanji, we can always play Hiyori who does similar thing to increase the cards in our Life area.

Searchers

We mainly want to search for the kids with these search effects so we could play their 5 drop version for the Life area. Both Garp and Three Brother's Bond have the exact same effect, but Garp works on play, whilst Three Brother's Bond is a main effect. The effect is look at the top 5 cards of your deck, reveal one 5 cost or less Sabo, Ace or Luffy and add it to your hand. Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck in any order. The only difference is that Three Brother's Bond has a trigger effect which is just activate this card's main effect.

Blue Supports

The only blue cards will be these 2, and they both focus on removals. OP06 Pudding works on play, your opponent returns all cards from their hand to their deck and shuffles their deck. Then, your opponent draws 5 cards. Pudding will help to prevent your opponents from gaining a massive hand size, getting the cards they want.

Whilst Red Roc effect is place 1 Character to the bottom of the owner's deck. It is a nice removal to have especially when we can target any Characters as there are no cost restrictions on this card. The trigger effect is place one 4 cost or less Characters to the bottom of the owner's deck. This is also good to slow your opponents down if you need to stop their attacks.

OP07 Ace

Explanation

What we want is to have the kids in our hand or on the field so we could play their 5 cost Characters from the Life area if we managed to hit them using Ace Leader's effect. Otherwise, we would have to go through the Life gain route using Sanji and Hiyori effects to replace face up cards with face down cards so we don't lose the face up cards at the end of turn, and at the same time, we are gaining Life meaning your opponents will need more attacks in order to get through our Life easily. Other than those 2 focus, the rest is more of a support, maybe Red Roc who can slow your opponents down by removing their big drop Characters so they don't put a threat to your Leader.
